Booking
3 questionsThai customers need their national ID card and an original driving licence that has not expired. Foreign customers need a passport, a visa and an International Driving Permit. For a company booking, please also provide a company affidavit issued within the last 3 months and a copy of the ID card of the authorised signatory.
Pricing
2 questionsThe deposit starts at THB 3,000 for our economy cars and goes up to THB 15,000 for premium cars, and the exact amount is shown clearly on each car page. We refund it in full within 7 business days after the car is returned, provided there is no damage.
Using the car
3 questionsEvery car is handed over charged to 100%. When you return it, please leave at least 30% battery; below that there is a recharging fee of THB 500. Branches with their own DC chargers are the exception, and you can return the car there at any state of charge.
Insurance
1 questionsEvery car carries first-class comprehensive insurance together with compulsory motor insurance, with an excess of THB 5,000 per incident if you are at fault. You can buy additional cover that reduces the excess to THB 0 for THB 250 per day.
Add-on services
1 questionsYes. Delivery or collection costs THB 500 per trip within a 30 km radius of the branch, and THB 15 per km beyond that. For rentals of 7 days or more we deliver free of charge in Bangkok and the surrounding provinces.
